In the rare event your partner doesn’t mail their piece, our angel fund steps in. We will send you a curated replacement from our private collection so no one is ever left with an empty mailbox.

We track participation closely to protect the community. Repeat no-shows are removed from the society to ensure every swap is filled with people who genuinely value the art of mail.
Questions & Answers
What is The Postmark Society?
We are a community facilitating themed mail swaps for crafters, collectors & mail lovers. All members must be aged 18 or older to join our exchanges.
What does the entry fee cover?
Entry fees are a flat $4 for mail swaps & $8 for package swaps & cover technical matching & swap oversight. Participants pay their own postage & material costs for each snail mail piece.
What if my partner never mails?
Reliability scores track every participant. If your partner misses a deadline, our angel fund ensures you still receive something special in return.
Is my address safe?
Your privacy is paramount. Your shipping address is only shared with your specific matched partner & is fully deleted 90 days after closure.
